Payroll Specialist (F/H)
As part of the Compensation & Benefit team, your mission will be mainly to be responsible for the calculation of the salaries of all employees located in Luxembourg. You will also assist people working outside Luxembourg in all their legal and taxation duties. You would be part of a growing and diverse team.
Missions:
• Act as an expert on payroll subject matter and a first point of contact for employee inquiries on a range of compensation and benefits topics
• Participate in the payroll process for the Luxembourg entities
• Fill in monthly tax & social security declaration as well as annual obligations and year-end consolidation
• Manage all duties linked to employees’ assignment performed abroad (split payroll, A1 request, tax return obligation, declaration to foreign authorities, etc.)
• Be responsible for the preparation of all documents linked to a tax control
• Prepare and follow-up the annual salary review process
• Manage relationships with payroll related stakeholders (Social Security, Tax administration, etc..) in Luxembourg and abroad
• Provide employees with best-in- class experience for their requests
• Maintain employee data and key documents in HR systems
• Use HR Systems to provide information for reports and/or analysis
• Participate into transformation projects dedicated to process efficiency linked to payroll
• Train employees or HR on payroll specific topics (cross border working, fringe benefits)
• Perform handbook and policy updates as assigned • Lead and manage projects within the area of Compensation & Benefits
• Be part of transverse projects to digitalize the HR center and bring a best of class & personalized service
Profile:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll administration in a fiduciary or a large company
• Effective knowledge of Luxembourgish payroll administration
• Experience in dealing with collective agreements for different types of employees would be an asset
• Strong understanding of tax, labor & Social security laws for Luxembourg & cross border countries
• Luxembourg & cross-border tax specialist would be a competitive advantage.
• French and English (advanced)
• A solid knowledge or demonstrated experience with the SAP software, Neocase and Fiori will be considered as an important advantage
