We are recruiting for our client, a well-known Luxemburgish institution within the logistic area, a Human Resources Business Partner (M/W/X) Based in South of Luxembourg Role: Assisting and advising management on the implementation of and compliance with company policies and work procedures. Actively participate in the operational management of all HR processes. Ensure that recruitment is carried out in accordance with the approved budget (from defining the need to integrating candidates). Participate in the preparation and close monthly monitoring of HR budgets. Supporting employees throughout their careers as their main point of contact. Manage the disciplinary process. Carry out monthly reporting and optimise the calculation of performance indicators. Implement and develop HR initiatives in line with the company's objectives and strategy (in charge of HR projects). Profile: You have at least 3 years' higher education with a specialisation in Human Resources and knowledge of Luxembourg employment law. You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Fluency in German and English/French is essential. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset. Thoroughness, organisational skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyse and summarise, and a real passion for figures. Flexible, proactive, dynamic, positive and autonomous.
